• A total of 6589 vacancies have been announced for the post of Junior Associate, including 5180 regular posts and 1409 backlog posts.

• Notification Release Date: August 5, 2025.

• Preliminary Exam (expected): September 2025.
• Mains Exam (expected): November 2025. 

Eligibility criteria

• Educational Qualification: Graduation from a recognized university as on December 31, 2025.
• Age Limit: 20 to 28 years as on April 1, 2025, with age relaxation for reserved categories.
• Nationality: Indian Citizen, or a subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or a person of Indian origin who has migrated from certain countries with the intention of permanently settling in India. 

Selection process

• Preliminary Examination.
• Mains Examination.
• Local Language Proficiency Test (LPT). 

Application fee

• Rs. 750/- for General/OBC/EWS candidates.
• Nil for SC/ST/PwBD/XS/DXS candidates.
