HPSC Assistant District Attorney Eligibility criteria

• Age Limit: 21 to 42 years as on September 2, 2025.

HPSC Assistant District Attorney Application fees

• General/EWS (Male, including dependent sons of ex-servicemen from Haryana) & General/Reserved from other states: Rs. 1000.
• Female (General/EWS, including dependent daughters of ex-servicemen from Haryana) & Female (General/Reserved) from other states: Rs. 250.
• SC/BC/ESM/EWS/DESM (Male and Female) of Haryana: Rs. 250.
• PwD (with minimum 40% disability) of Haryana: Exempt from fee. 

Haryana ADA Selection process

The selection process is expected to include: 

1. Screening Test: Preliminary MCQ-based examination of 100 marks (2 hours, 1/4th negative marking).
2. Subject Knowledge Test.
3. Interview/Viva-Voce.
4. Document Verification.
5. Medical Examination. 

Haryana ADA Salary

• Pay Level: Level-9.
• Basic Pay: ₹53,100 – ₹1,67,800 per month.
• In-Hand Salary (Approximate): ₹65,000 – ₹75,000 per month (after deductions).
• Allowances: Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Travel Allowance (TA), Medical Allowance, and other perks as per rules.
