The Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MPESB) has announced the Primary Teacher Selection Test (PSTST) 2025 for 

13,089 Primary Teacher positions. This recruitment is being conducted under the School Education Department and Tribal Affairs Department of the Madhya Pradesh government.

Number of Vacancies:

There are 13,089 Primary Teacher positions available, with 10,150 under the School Education Department and 2,939 under the Tribal Department.

Application Dates

Online applications will be accepted from July 18, 2025, to August 1, 2025.

Eligibility

• Candidates must have passed the MPESB Primary Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) in 2020 or 2024.
• Specific educational qualifications are required, including various combinations of Higher Secondary/Graduation with D.El.Ed, B.El.Ed, or equivalent diplomas.

Important Note: 

B.Ed degree holders are not eligible to apply.

Age Limit

The age limit is 21 to 40 years as of January 1, 2025, with relaxation for reserved categories and female candidates up to 45 years.

Salary

The starting salary is ₹25,300 per month plus Dearness Allowance. The typical in-hand salary is between ₹37,000 and ₹38,000 per month.

Selection Process

Selection is based on a written examination, which is expected to start on August 31, 2025, conducted in two shifts.
