The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB) has announced the REET Mains Notification 2025 for the recruitment of Primary (Level 1) and Upper Primary (Level 2) Teachers in Rajasthan government schools. 

The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 7,759 vacancies, with 5,636 positions for Primary Teachers (Classes 1-5) and 2,123 positions for Upper Primary Teachers (Classes 6-8). 

Key dates

• Notification Release: A short notice was released on July 17, 2025. The detailed advertisement and application form are expected to be released soon.

• Exam Dates: January 17 to 21, 2026. 

Eligibility and other details

• Eligibility: Candidates who have qualified the REET 2024 exam and possess the required educational qualifications are eligible to apply.
• Educational Qualifications: Varies by level (Level 1 and Level 2) and will be detailed in the full notification.
• Age Limit: The minimum age is 21 years and the maximum is 40 years as of January 1, 2027. Age relaxation will be provided to reserved categories as per Rajasthan government norms.
• Selection Process: Consists of a written examination and document verification.

• Salary: Pay Level 10 (Rs. 56,100 to Rs. 1,77,500).
